Biography:

Trent Hickman of Park City, UT grew up in Provo Canyon Utah. He is a Certified Personal Trainer at the Gloden Door Spa and the owner of Park City Stand Up Paddle Boarding. He’s been a lifelong outdoor enthusiast and enjoys skiing and snowboarding in the winter months and mountain biking, paddle boarding, and surfing in the summer. He rides Nitro Snowboards, Rossignol Skis, and paddles the Pau Hana Big EZ for lessons and tours and the Crossfit and RB1 for racing and training. One of Trent’s favorite places to paddle board is out at the Jordanelle reservoir in Park City UT. When he’s outside and needs to refuel he eats Nature’s Wraps and when he’s craving a good local Park City restaurant, Hickman opts for his favorite haunt – the Oishi Sushi Bar. Currently he is developing a poolside SUP strength and conditioning class for the Waldorf Astoria as well as promoting a summer race series named the PCSUP CUP.
