Supplier Requirements

Pau Hana Surf Supply, LLC suppliers agree to:

• Maintain compliance with all necessary rules, regulations, and standards of chemical management, including the use, storage, and disposal of chemicals.
• Ensure all products supplied to Pau Hana Surf Supply, LLC. are either free of, are within NRSLs, or under the MADLs for; Lead (Pb), Cadmium (Cd), Formaldehyde, Phthalates (10P), and Nickel (Ni).
