120 DAY BOARD LIMITED WARRANTY

Pau Hana Surf Supply provides a manufacturer’s warranty for defects in workmanship and materials on all new boards for 120 days from the date of purchase.

For the Solo SUP™ Backcountry, we offer a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in workmanship and materials with proof of purchase at full MSRP. 

This warranty begins on the date of purchase and applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. All warranty claims must be started and submitted by the Pau Hana Dealer where the original purchase was made. All claims must be submitted within seven days from the date the defect was discovered.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized modifications or repairs, accidents, exposure to excessive heat or sunlight, improper handling or storage, transportation on a roof rack, indents or creases caused by storing an inflatable paddle board rolled up, improper transportation, abuse, commercial use (including rentals or teaching), falling on the board, heel indents, pressure dings, dropping the board, or damage caused by rocks, docks, shore impact, airline travel, or fin box damage from impact to the fin. Additionally, this warranty does not cover damage resulting from using the board for purposes other than its intended use.

Pau Hana Surf Supply reserves the right to determine the appropriate solution for any product deemed to be under warranty. This may include professionally repairing the defective part or product, providing a DIY repair kit, or replacing it with an equivalent product, all at no cost to you. If the warranty qualifies for a repair, it is the responsibility of the customer to deliver the board to the designated repair shop.

SeaMounts Warranty

Warranty voided if accessories are attached directly to Anchor Point (SeaMount™ plug) with the exception of d-rings and SeaMount baseplates.

Exclusions for Warranty Coverage:

•Anything purchased from the Pau Hana Gear Rack, discounts over 50 percent off full retail price, second-hand from a dealer, used, discount store or from a closeout sale does not qualify for a warranty.

Local Pickup and Delivery Warranty Policy: 

For hard and inflatable boards that are either picked up locally or delivered by Pau Hana Surf Supply, the following specific conditions apply.

Responsibility for Warranty Claims:

The buyer is responsible for returning the board directly to Pau Hana Surf Supply for any returns, exchanges, or warranty claims, regardless of whether the board was initially delivered by Pau Hana.

30 Day Warranty for Paddles, Board Bags, and Accessories

Pau Hana Surf Supply provides a manufacturer’s warranty for defects in workmanship and materials on all Paddles, Board Bags, and Accessories.

This warranty begins on the date of purchase and applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.

This warranty does not cover damage that may result from normal use, misuse of product, unauthorized modification or repairs, accidents, excessive exposure to sunlight, improper handling and storage, improper transportation, abuse, use in commercial, rental or teaching situations, or using the product for something other than it was intended. All warranty claims for Paddles, Board Bags, and Accessories must be submitted within seven days from the date the defect was discovered.

To submit a warranty claim for Paddles, Board Bags, and Accessories purchased from the Pau Hana web-store, fill out the online Return Form available at this link. After the form is submitted, you will be contacted by our team to confirm the approval of the warranty claim. Upon approval, you will be provided with the return address and further instructions to send the item back to Pau Hana Surf Supply. 

For Paddles, Board Bags, and Accessories that are picked up at Pau Hana Surf Supply, the buyer is responsible for returning the product back to Pau Hana Surf Supply.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, fill out the Return Form here. You will be contacted by a team member on how to proceed.

International Warranty Policy                                           

For items purchased through our website and shipped internationally, the buyer  is responsible for all costs associated with returning the item to Pau Hana Surf  Supply, including warranty claims. Any costs associated with sending a warranty  replacement, such as shipping and duties, are the buyer's responsibility.
