Lava rock trail - wear good footwear and be prepared if going during the heat of mid-day. Bring lots of water! The trail goes through some of Maui’s most recent lava flows! There are plenty of places to pull off and paddle so go as far as you’d like! Bring a hammock and take a siesta under a Kiawe tree. Keep an eye out for dolphins, sea turtles and the occasional monk seal!
