Pau Hana Surf Supply is proud to be supporting the Yosemite Women's Retreat this spring. Fully owned and operated by female entrepreneurs, the retreat aims to offer those who attend a unique experience, balanced between guided mindfulness and meditation and re-emersion into nature.

Nestled into the rural landscape of Yosemite West, within Yosemite National Park in the beautiful Yosemite Mountain Lodge. The Lodge provides easy access to the surrounding forest and rivers where you will spend time walking barefoot through El Capitan meadow.

The Yosemite Mountain Lodge is the perfect place to unwind from the hectic world and restore, rejuvenate, heal and connect back to self. The retreat will offer guided nature hikes, mindfulness, meditation, sound baths, fireside ceremonies, and organic Ayurvedic-influenced meals, juices, and teas to help restore your mind, body, and soul.
